Ease in booking appointments. Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable receptionist about the products and special deals offered.

My massage therapist was excellent. The facility is clean and I believe you get good value for your money. The only negative I have is that Hand and Stone does not give one hour massages. It is 50 minutes so they can continually book clients and not lose any time. Spavia Spa in Nocatee gives you the full hour. I would pay a little more to get that full hour.

I've been coming in to see Darryl for 2 years and he is the BEST!!! Friendly, highly talented at his craft, and seeks to understand what you need at the start of every appointment. I appreciate the other staff and atmosphere as well, but Darryl is an absolute gem and hands down the reason I am a member.

I live out of state so I won’t be returning to that location anytime soon. However Gen is a great therapist and I recommend him to all my local friends!
