Hand and Stone

This visit I met Mallory. Mallory was absolutely fantastic! I recently cancelled my membership because I was not overall happy with the service I previously received. If I had met Mallory earlier, I might have reconsidered.

I frequent the Durbin Hand and Stone regularly, and I am always completely satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Both Jenny and Mallory are professional and highly skilled.

My therapist Tamara is very attentive to my needs, applied the perfect amount of pressure, found trigger points. She is friendly with a great personality.

Ashleigh is absolutely terrific. I really enjoy my time with her - highlight of my week. Erin and Kelley are equally exceptional. They immediately take care of any request that I might have. The reception staff is very professional and friendly. I so enjoy being there that occasionally I'll visit just to see their folks.

I love my therapist Michelle. She makes you feel very comfortable and always helps with my aches and pains. The store is always clean and has a great ambiance.

I absolutely love coming to get massages here. My therapist Darrel always does a great job making me feel cared for and relieving my problem areas.

Was greeted by friendly staff. Was asked by therapist where problem areas were and then tried to make them better. On my way out was asked how it went, was asked if I wanted water and then asked if I wanted to make my next appointment.

I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. My packages are explained to me for the best service and outcome for my needs. Lastly, I love getting to try new products by receiving free samples during my visit!
