Upon arrival I explained to the ladies at reception that I had pulled a muscle in my shoulder and they had extensive knowledge and suggestions for what could be added to my appointment to help the situation. The massage and suggestions were wonderful.

My massage therapist Daryl is highly knowledgeable with massage technique, flow , pressure , and pain relief. I leave knowing I can work out pain free.

Always friendly and helpful. The place is always clean comfortable and quiet.

Brittney May is my massage therapist and she’s wonderful, I only schedule with her. She’s super friendly, and really knows her stuff. Joanne was my esthetician, and she was great too! Very knowledgeable, super friendly and gave me recommendations and her personal number to ask for advice on skin care and to make sure I’m doing what I need to have healthier skin.

The process was seamless and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Gen, the therapist, was extremely good at his profession and listened to my needs. Felt very relaxed and pain free when he was finished. Will probably ask for him in the future.

I find it easy to book on the website. My therapist took the time to ask about my problem areas. She tailored the massage to my feedback and my problem areas. She tried techniques that I have never experienced that were helpful and provided relief. Furthermore, no matter which therapist I have had at H and S, I have been highly satisfied with their services. I feel like I can't go wrong!

Ashley was amazing. I make to schedule with her every time. She has done an amazing job every time. She is the best!!!

My therapist (Brit) listened to my concern/problem areas. She focused on that area and asked me from time to time how’s the pressure. She made my experience a very relaxing time.

I love hot towels so the fact she was able to give me 3 hot towel sessions on my face and also my chest was amazing! I loved that there was a Steamer going the whole time on my face and the massage on my shoulders was amazing as well! Definitely needed that! Anita was amazing and I'll definitely be back!
