The times available for booking an appointment were excellent, especially for a working mother. My "free" time is very limited, so your expansive availability didn't make me feel guilty, for taking time away from my family. In addition, this is the first massage that I ever purchased where the therapist actually LISTENED to what I needed. GEN did an EXCELLENT job working on the knot that I had on the right side of my neck, that I went in to get loosened up. After months with a stiff neck and constant headache, I felt 100% better when I left your store yesterday. GEN did such an AMAZING job, I signed up for your membership.

I have been scheduling now on regular basis. I feel welcomed when in come in for my scheduled appt. My massage therapist Darryl is top notch. He's behind the reason I keep coming.

My therapist Darryl is honestly the best. I've been a member for years, and a client of his four years. I've had other great therapist at this spa, but they pale in comparison to Darryl. He is just so very professional and polite. He's extremely knowledgeable and just awesome. Simply amazing!!!!

The massage therapist, Charity, was amazing and talented. This was the first time I have had a massage and wasn't super sore thirty minutes later. She did an excellent job!
