The process was seamless and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Gen, the therapist, was extremely good at his profession and listened to my needs. Felt very relaxed and pain free when he was finished. Will probably ask for him in the future.

I find it easy to book on the website. My therapist took the time to ask about my problem areas. She tailored the massage to my feedback and my problem areas. She tried techniques that I have never experienced that were helpful and provided relief. Furthermore, no matter which therapist I have had at H and S, I have been highly satisfied with their services. I feel like I can't go wrong!

I love hot towels so the fact she was able to give me 3 hot towel sessions on my face and also my chest was amazing!
