The friendliness of staff was exceptional. The therapist was very good and listened to what i wanted. The experience was wonderful.

It was a relaxing and stress releasing appointment. My face felt awesome at the conclusion. My anestitician was fabulous. She made the session memorable.

Tamara was very pleasant with a radiant smile that she flashed to me when I first met her. She was quite skilled at massage, trying to work out all those knots that build up. She worked especially well on my neck and shoulder areas. She was pleasant to chat with during the massage, which helped me relax and feel comfortable in her care. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Jason is an amazing massage therapist and the only reason I visit this particular Hands and Stone Massage. I have been following him for years through 3 different places and will continue to do so if he leaves. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced but also has top quality customer service. He seeks to truly understand how to tackle each concern and he really cares about his clients. I hope he is getting paid enough because he deserves it! The other callout is Katelyn, who is an amazing receptionist admin. She looks after me, always follows up, communicates well and is very warm and amicable. I look forward to my appointments when she is there because I know she will look after me.

Overall the experience from start to finish was pleasant. I initially attempted to book online, but I was using a gift card so I decided to call for clarification purposes. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. For my actual appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early and was promptly checked in and was back with my esthetician within 8-10 minutes. My entire time spent was extremely relaxing - I will absolutely be back!
