I had a few different massage therapists and have always had a great experience. My only complaint is that there isn’t always a lot of availability and I have had my appointments cancelled by Hand and Stone twice in the past 3 months

The reception staff is always helpful and friendly even when they’re training a new employee. Susan is a fantastic masseuse and simply does a great job.

Good massage for the price. Therapist was considerate, receptive, knowledgeable, and professional. Wish I didn’t have to pay extra for aromatic oil, which is typically included at other facilities. Only issue is that the reception staff was not wearing masks.

This was my first ever facial and Hand and Stone did not disappoint. My esthetician explained all the steps of the process, targeted my facial towards my skin needs/areas I wanted to focus on all while making sure it was pregnancy safe. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience that left my face glowing. I will definitely be back for future facials.

Everything regarding my appointment was kept in a timely manner and the therapist took the time to ask about what we wanted to work on and what/if any issues I currently had. I was always asked if I was comfortable and if I need anything. I will be back and I believe this level of execution will remain at this level.
