My therapist was great. She wore a mask and was courteous and attentive. I don't Under why the front desk receptionist didn't wear a mask and was coughing and not using the rules of handwashing or hygiene.

I will say that the person doing your facial should ask if you’ve been a customer before. For, example, i didn’t know what to expect or what to do. I didn’t know how to put the robe on. I also feel like the website needs work. When looking at service options, there should be a thorough description in which explains what exactly comes with each service and what each service is. Other than that I had a great relaxing experience.

Used gift card. Timely. Wasn’t offered any ‘add-On’s’. Not happy with price increases.

The therapist was friendly and made me feel at easy. She took time to make sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was extremely relaxing.
