The massage was good as expected

My massage person gives a good massage. She focus on the problem areas and informed you what she's doing.

While my massage therapist is outstanding, the increase in pricing does not match the 50 minute services.

There was a point, I wanted to cancel my membership (due to schedule conflicts mostly). The staff was wonderful and gracious about my cancellation. But with a couple of leftover credits, I then switched to facials and met Ashleigh. And she changed my mind. Really skilled and just a super nice person and the scheduling works perfect with mine. Very thrilled to be there and look forward to every visit! Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and they made sure that I didn't have any issues throughout the services. They were attentive to my needs and helped me make the most out of my time.

Susie is great. Only issue I had was not being told in advance that my membership dues were increased effective immediately.

Ashley was amazing. She informed me what she was doing through your the facial. She also checked in with me several times to make sure I was alright during the facial.
