I felt welcomed in the reception area. The facility was neat and clean. My massage therapist reviewed my need with me prior to the start of my massage. She applied the requested amount of pressure and continued to ask if everything was okay.

My therapist is perfect. She asked questions to make my massage specific to my needs.

Ginger was amazing! She has great technique and took the time to focus on my specific needs at this session. I left completely relaxed and pain free.

Michelle was my massage therapist and she is the BEST. She takes her time and does not rush through the session. She has the perfect amount of pressure. I am always able to relax and enjoy the massage when she is my therapist.

Kelly, my esthetician was fabulous explaining the process as well as the execution. I’m anxious to see results from my treatments.

I enjoyed my time getting a massage. The reception area was empty if guests however there was an overflow of receptionists and the manager was on the phone arguing with a guest about “staph infection” (stating it wasn’t from the hot stones) while a receptionist was trying to check someone out and another person in and the phone ringing. As a manager of an establishment, any conflict (phone or employee), IMO should be taken to a private area away from guests. The front is for positive experiences, not for arguing back and forth whether the hot stones gave a woman a rash or not in October or if you believe she has staff infection from Yoga Class. (She wants to be heard, say you hear her and give her a free facial, that is all, not a 20 minute argument)

My therapist is so well informed and knowledgeable. She is able to help me to know what would help me the most. When I finish, I feel like I have died and gone to heaven.
