Personnel was friendly and facial was great.

She did a great job, it’s not her fault the 15 minute late start time they do now for sanitation, but I don’t feel it’s right that you lose time each visit. Desk help very nice Always feels clean

Jason, my most recent massage therapist, is the most knowledgeable with my problem areas (my shoulders/rotator cuff area) and better at deep tissue (Hand&Stone charges more for deep tissue while other companies don’t) more so than the last couple of males that I have had massages with there. If I’m paying for deep tissue, I don’t need soft/light pressure which is specifically why I choose male therapists. Jason has been consistent with his deep tissue massages and very knowledgeable about the muscles that need more attention. I only book with him now. If he left the company, I would literally have no reason to keep my business here.

Alway have a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and Britt is fantastic at her job. Appointment is always rig on time also.
