Jason did a great job checking on my needs for the visit. He checked in regularly about the pressure of the massage and made sure I was okay throughout! Great ambiance. Great experience!

This is the 3rd massage I have had from Michele, the therapist. She is excellent. I had previously been going to The Marriott, as I have a friend who is the therapist there. Since moving to Nocatee I find this location much more convenient.

There was a new employee at the desk, and while she was trying to present herself knowledgeable, 2 other employees were watching closely at checkout. I appreciated them keeping things going smoothly. I wish the desk people would advise of the points we have available to add services upon checking or setting our next appointments.
