Friendly reception, prompt service and an excellent facial. Who could ask for more. Service was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative.

Just really liked my facial and then had massage and had massage with her before I requested her had a facial before but different girl.. really like the girl that did my facial on 01/07/20 She was very friendly and knowledgeable. And will book again with her .

Starting with the ambiance of the waiting area and how friendly/knowledgeable the receptionist are. My appointments are always on time. The massage therapist herself is top notch, that is why I keep scheduling with the same one. Not saying if I had to schedule with another I would. Also, her availability always meets my time when I am available. I am really happy that we have hand and stone in our area. We have not had a professional massage spa like this one in a long time.

I enjoyed my massage, but the temperature in the room was rather cold. My hands and feet where very cold!

I had such a wonderful experience with my appointment. I will definitely continue my membership. Simone was fantastic during my facial and Maria was excellent during my hot stone massage, both were very knowledgeable and made sure to check in with me during each appointment.

I mentioned what needed to be concentrated on and he did exactly what was necessary. I walked out of there highly relaxed and extremely pleased with my massage.

The Hand and Stone Facility was very nice and is very, very conveniently located. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable on issues and continually requested feedback on pressure and comfort levels. I felt great afterward and expect to be going back again.

I am highly satisfied with Hand and Stone because Jeanie is a great massage therapist. She knows just the right amount of pressure that it takes to make my aches and pains to go a way. The test of the staff are so friendly and accommodating.
