I have been to Hand and Stone Twice now and each time I experience friendly employees and therapist. The massages were nice and relaxing and the massage rooms and restrooms were very clean and neat. My overall experience so far has been a positive one.

The staff treat you like family and not just as a client. We talked more about life outside of the center than we did about business inside. That’s important to someone who can only afford to visit once a month. I would pay for more services if I could, I like this Center much more than the other places in the area.

Great customer service, massage therapist was knowledgeable and worked on my trouble areas, the environment was super relaxing.

I really enjoy my massages from Karen. She remembers my problem areas and always asks if there are any other areas to concentrate on. I love my membership because it actually helps me to get my monthly massages.

Jeannie is amazing at making sure you are comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about the services offered. Jeannie is always sure to ask through out about my level of comfort.

I thought that the people that welcomed me into the building, checked me in and did the services were all very nice, professional and took the time to talk to me. I really enjoyed the level of comfort i felt while asking questions and getting my trwatments done.

I've finally found the right therapist for my muscle aches. I've tried a couple of therapists and although they were all nice, but not able to give me any relief from my aches. Finally found one I like!
