I was greeted when I walked into the door. The team at the front desk made me feel welcome and explained what would take place. Karen, the team member that I worked with provided an excellent massage.

The spa was very clean and relaxing. The esthetician was friendly and professional.

The nice lady who did my waxing stayed a little late to squeeze me in. She took her time and was very thorough. She put a nice soothing cream on afterwards. Normally, my face is red and puffy all over when I have waxing done but after having my waxing done at Hand & Stone, I only had a little bit of redness and no swelling. Also, my skin was very soft.

The place was very clean and welcoming. The person that was in charge of my facial was very nice nice. Can not wait to come back

Everyone there was excellent. Both receptionists were very friendly, and the massage therapist was great. I used to get massages twice a year, and I will continue my membership here and look forward to getting a massage a month.
