Amazing visit to the spa. I felt welcomed and relaxed the entire time I was there. I can’t wait to come back again. I will be recommending this spa to others.

The space is beautiful, I felt great after my massage!

When I checked in, I filled out my first time customer sheet and then was greeted by Caitlyn. She took me into the room and she went over what I was looking for (face goals) and she suggested two different types of facials best for me skin. and we moved forwards with the one I selected

The cost was reasonable. The appointment was quick- no waiting room time. The wax was pain-free. The waxer was very knowledgeable when I made comments or asked a question.

Listened to my concerns and gave feedback. When applying chemical peel, it had started tingling which I knew would happen since she told me but she also tried helping it by reducing that stinging/tingling feeling.

The ease of making an appointment was great. Caitlyn took great care of me during my appointment and the receptionist working that morning was fantastic!

My service was a great the atmosphere was calming I was very pleased with my treatment

I had been looking for a local place to get an decent facial at an affordable a price so I could go on a regular basis.

Just went with Satified. My visit was awesome I will be back for more visit.

I was highly satisfied, not sure why I am being asked this question. Only the reduction of rewards benefits is disappointing.
