When booking appointments online there is no availability one day and then a few days later there are appointments - I do not understand the online booking system.

I enjoyed my visit and the service. The clinician was amazing. I felt the ambience could’ve been better in the waiting room such as being offered a glass of water and they’re being calming music with like a diffuser with aromatherapy and the same in the room like there it was just, the music wasn’t great that played for the loudspeakers and there was no nice smell to the room

Massage therapist did not cover my problem areas of lower back.

It was different from my last visits.Very big turn around with workers.

My appointment did not start on time. Aesthetician didn't offer add ons that might help my skin. Appointment felt rushed.

It’s disappointing that there are no females on Fridays which is the more convenient day for me.

There are no appts available for 2 months . Appts for the 3rd month are not available yet. Same for massage

My initial reception wasn’t welcoming. No one was at the desk when I walked in and the receptionist wasn’t friendly, but flat in affect. I waited about 10 minutes for my appointment to start. The appointment itself was very pleasant and my skin looks great, but I would have liked it my esthetician explained what she was doing. I would have also liked it if the room had smelled spa like (lavender, eucalyptus, etc) but it had no scent.

Very hard to get an appt during my available times.

The cost was too high for 30 minutes, I would have been better off with a facial or a massage which cost less.
