Massage time was not equally divided among body areas. More time spent on back, less time on legs & arms. Too many ‘pushes’ causing rocking motion.

I have had this therapist prior and was highly satisfied with his service. This time I felt was a bit less satisfying than last.

My therapist does a great job! She works on my problem areas. I feel very relaxed after a massage from her.

The first thing is the front desk lied to me and sold me theemvershop without mentioning the sign up fee . I ended up seeing it on my statement along with other errors. I was charged twice in error and it was a pain to get it reversed . 2nd thing ...Everytime that I go to get a painful wax it is never complete. Always hair left behind. No tweezing or cleaning the area up to look nice . I always go home and Nair or shave . Which is even worst . I actually got my membership for the wax . If the facials start to suck I'm canceling. It's not worth the money anymore .

When I got home, I could still see old mascara on my eye lashes and underneath rim. How can you cleanse a person's face and not remove the makeup "completely".

I think it is the hight of cheapnes to switch to paper towels and cal them hand towels since the new owner has taken over it apears he is a money gruber who and where does anyone insults a patron with referring to this switch and think people lok at Hand and stone the same way. He insults the patron and then asks us to rate him. I would switch in a moment because to this. I dont want his 5.0 cuopon let him run to the bank with the 5 bucks ugh

No reason everything was fine

The location was out of the serum needed for my service. My esthetician was amazing, but I was disappointed that we were limited on what could be done at the time.
