My massage therapist wasn’t very good

I feel like my appointment did not go the full hour.

Would like the ability to see open slots online and the massage typically ends in 50 minutes.

I know it's difficult during the hot time of the year, but the treatment room was way too cold. I had a problem relaxing because of it. There wasn't much that could be done while I was there, even though the table heater was turned up all of the way.

The confirmation email didn't confirm who my appointment was with. I'm pretty sure I made my appointment with a different person but I cannot find that information. Please include this info with the confirmation email.

- other than someone else performing nothing special about a basic facial - don't like the over oily look - ended up sore from the upper shoulder/back massage - all techs do not explain what they are doing as they perform different tasks as part of the experience

Room temperature too cold; both for my message and facial, I was freezing! Before the facial I had to ask for a different towel, the one there appeared dirty in a nasty way. Otherwise, all good.

I’m a membership holder and I’ve had my membership on hold for over a year because of appointment availability.

It was almost impossible getting appointments for massages in the past 2 years... even this was a call for a massage appointment and I ended up just taking what was available... a Facial. I go back for a massage on Monday

Price is over priced and there should not be a 85.00 registration fee. That's ridiculous.
