Hand and Stone

My appointment did not start for 30 minutes after my time. And he rushed the facial to fit within allotted appointment time even though it started late.

My original appointment on 5/31 was canceled by Hand and Stone. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything else was great.

I booked the appointment for a facial - I was called regarding adding a massage due to a cancellation - that was awesome , I didn’t find out that I was not getting my facial due to a call out until I was in the middle of my massage . Very unprofessional not to call someone to let me know that they had nobody to cover my facial and for my massage therapist to tell me is a bit sad —- Jeff was amazing very friendly - very upset about my facial

I was a member before y’all opened. 3 times, my membership was canceled and I didn’t cancel it

I was satisfied, I just thought that the price was a little expensive for an hour. I really liked my massage therapist! The receptionists did not do a great job at setting the tone.

Massage was adequate, I thought he may have shorted me some of the 50 minutes. The masseuse was not professional appearing, with large ear piercings and tattoos. The room was loud, I could hear construction noises from next door.

Just too expensive for me.

The receptionist was preoccupied on the phone so when she asked me if I needed a rest room before the massage I answered yes. I had to inform her that I had not been there before so needed to be directed. My therapist did take me back at exactly 1:30, walked me through the room and left for me to disrobe. He ended the massage at 2:22. I don't know if that is normal but it was not a one hour massage.

Your online booking (including website) is terrible so I either give up or call the receptionist. Receptionist and therapist are great, it is just bad IT for booking. I find your prices for a massage to be very high so I usually go to DC for massages in the $70 range vice $139.95.
