I received a gift certificate for my birthday in September. It took me until March to get an appointment for a massage. Six months is way too long to have to wait!!

Cost was much more than expected. Took almost a year to get a massage appointment. My husband had gave me a gift card in the amount they told him I needed for a facial and massage. They had me book my facial which took 2 months at the time then to do my massage when they could. Had not contacted me for months while on waitlist. Finally 10 months later I got it. It was great while I was in there getting the massage and he was super friendly just pain was still there when I left. I had to pay extra out of pocket. I told receptionist what my husband was told when he bought it and she didn't reduce. Won't happen again. Way to much and shouldnt have had to pay out of pocket when he was assured it was enough for both anddddd having to wait so long.

Haven't been in since October 2020 due to lack of availability. Had service canceled at least one time prior. Tried to rebook with therapist that I prefer, but she doesn't have availability listed. When inquiring when she would be available, the response was 'we don't know.'

appointments are very hard to come by which tends to keep me from coming back.

Experience was wonderful. The pricing would be too high for me to visit often. I would still recommend others to go.

I enjoyed my massage and have had some better, some worse. I was disappointed to find the person who I booked with will not be back until 3/30/2022

I get way too many confirmation communications. If I answer confirmed I shouldn’t get two more texts and emails about my confirmation. I get no less than 3 emails and texts and this is way too many. The location has been showing some wear and tear. The room I’m normally in for services has had an issues with ceiling tiles and it keeps getting worse rather than fixed. There was an error in my billing and it has taken a while to have it straightened out. I think it has been corrected now thankfully. My esthetician is wonderful.

The massage was expensive but it seems to be the market value. I do not get massages often so I don't have much else to compare to. It's just hard to justify the cost for future appointments.

Katie is a great facial technician I enjoy her. I'm satisfied but with the length of time that I've been coming I thought I would see sun damage correction and more. So I'm satisfied but of course would like to look younger.
