John provided excellent service at my recent massage. He did not talk too much during the actual massage, which helped me relax and focus on my breathing. John asked questions after and gave me feedback afterwards that all showed he cared about me and my needs. I will definitely try to get an appointment with him again!

I received a gift card for this massage in February of 2021. The salon had to reschedule or cancel my appointment countless times. In fact, I was about to just spend the card on products because there were even times I asked that they please call me when the next months schedule was coming out and no one would. The massage therapist was really wonderful and I'd see her again if I didn't have to deal with the frustration of the possibility of the salon cancelling/rescheduling my appointments at their will, without discussion with me or neglecting to call me when asked.

Appointment availability is unsatisfactory. There are not enough therapists available and this location is simply understaffed. If this does not change, I am unlikely to keep my membership.

Your website is hard to work and makes it hard to book. But your staff on call is always super helpful and gets me in as soon as possible. It was awesome.

Facials are priced too high! I can go several other places for a facial for less cost.

My esthetician talked a lot and it wasn’t that relaxing. He used cold water and his hands were cold. We didn’t really discuss treatment, he just went with it

At times there is difficulty getting appointments for services which best fit my schedule. The choice of estheticians is often limited for the available times. It happens, but one of the pieces of equipment that is normally part of my service was broken. Substitutions were made in an effort to have similar results.

I wasn't able to rebook my massage service. There were no times available for November and December's schedule hadn't been released. Which is frustrating because the appointments book so quickly.

I didn't feel very relaxed during the massage due to the massage therapist talking a lot. The massage was a few minutes short of 50 minutes, so it did feel a little rushed. I added on the salt stone, and I think that could've been incorporated more.
