No available massage appointments now for 3 months

* It took close to a year for me to be able to get this massage. Perhaps this was due to COVID19. This week when my friend inquired about an appointment he was told that he wouldn't be able to get in until December. He was then told that he couldn't make a December appointment because the booking for December does not open until October. * I would have appreciated deeper pressure for my massage.

The experience felt big box and more commercial than some others I've experienced. Scheduling a follow up appt was tricky. I felt rushed at the end.

No massage therapists to schedule appts with.

Although my esthetician was very friendly she talked a bit much for my taste. I like to relax and refresh during facials but she kept me engaged the whole time, again very nice but my preference is more quiet time. I also think that $130 is alot of money for an average facial experience. Small fift bags with samples of recommended products would be thoughtful and helpful in deciding which products to purchase.

I was unable to get an appointment for September since Tommi was already booked. I was told I was on a list of people to call when she releases her schedule but I was not called to book an appointment for September. I was told I'm on a call list if she has any cancellations so fingers crossed I'll be able to get an appointment for September...

I wish the waiting area was a little darker and more intimate to really prepare you to relax instead of near the big open windows. Maybe turn up the calming music a little more. Margarite was amazing and I would definitely go back to her.

Clavicle and front of shoulders were not massaged. Ears were ignored. I think of a full body massage as full body.

I'm very happy at Hand and Stone, however I wish the massage therapists had more availability during nights and weekends.

I was highly satisfied, I just would have preferred to have silence as opposed to talking! Will be back 100%
