It takes months to get an appointment. I had a gift card from Feb and just got in in July. There was machines some where in another room that was constantly beeping my whole massage that was very distracting and made me feel like I was in a hospital room with machines attached to me. I was there to relax and it actually gave me anxiety because it was hard to relax with all the beeping

I was happy with my massage experience, however it took four months to get an appointment. I would like to make massages on a more regular basis should this issue get resolved

The only thing I do not like is the pressure to sign up for a membership. Also I had to wait two months for an open appointment then had to settle for a Saturday to just get in.

I wanted the add on paraffin treatment for my feet. I was told “no” because they did not have it set up. If y’all offer a service, procedures should be made to always have it available or it loses you money and disappoints your customers

It's nothing bad. It was mtly first facial and would have been good to maybe tell me what all she was doing as she was doing it. Wasn't sure what was touching my face next.

This visit was a good visit just at the end of a very long and trying day. Took longer than I expected to relax. By the end of visit I was very pleased with my facial and relaxed. Was very pleased with Simone. She is a very professional & friendly esthetician. Am looking forward to my next visit with her.

Was not happy that my eyebrows we waxed or a chemical removal was used during the facial without my knowledge or consent. I always pluck them because if not my skin is removed along with the brow and a light surface is left on my face. I don't appreciate having two-tone skin. The client should be informed first and given the option to decline.

The appointment times are limited. It is hard to schedule. I have earned a free facial and I have tried to use it 2 times. Both times they told me I could not - it was easier just to use 2 packages.
