I loved my massage and the experience. The only issue is that they’re having problems keeping massage therapists. Once more massage therapists are hired, the availability should open up which will eliminate the problem. It’s difficult to get a massage in a timely manner. I couldn’t get one in May, so I’m scheduled for june.

Limited time and days to reschedule after location cancelled my appointment.

Guess it fit the bill, but I didn’t think it was anything special, and slightly over priced. I’m used to getting the same treatments for $10 cheaper and never had issues getting an appointment booked in terms of availability.

As a member of Hand and Stone since the opening of the location in my area, I am highly dissatisfied about the availability of appointments for my monthly massage. My January & February appointments were canceled, then when trying to book for March when told my February one was cancelled there were no openings until April. I am paying monthly though not able to get the service due to no therapists having openings. When trying to book for the following month after my April massage and looking to possibly schedule one of the missed appointments, I was unable to even book for May at the time. I was told that one of the massage therapists would be providing 2 weeks of his May schedule and I'd be added to contact when that information was received. I've been on the wait list since January, but only times I'm really contacted if day of appointments in the middle of the work day, which does not work. I'm considering ending my membership as I'm paying monthly but not able to make an appointment each month.

I am hopeful the couples massage room will open back up soon. It’s hard to get an appointment and almost impossible for an 80 minute massage or massage and facial combo. The music isn’t great either.

The room was clean and sterile like a hospital room. It certainly didn’t feel “Welcoming” . Should have some aromatherapy (room scented with essential oil diffusers ??)Or other ambiance providing welcoming “Spa Like” ambiance.

My appointment in December 2020 was cancelled, I was not able to take the alternate time offered and was put on a waitlist for a massage. I have called 4 times since then and finally left a message on Monday for someone to call me back. They called me back same day and was able to schedule me yesterday due to a cancellation. I’m not sure why you offer memberships if you aren’t able to schedule monthly appointments for massages. I do not like facials so you really have no alternate service for me to use.

Took at least 45 days to get at get appointment and is taking just as long to get next appointment

I had a great experience and would recommend this location and service provider to anyone. Hopefully I will be back in the future.

I have had a gift voucher for over a year and had been unable to book an appointment online due to lack of availability. As a consequence I had to ask for a refund before a slot was found.
