The availability of appointments. Ease of making an appointment. I have to wait roughly 2 months before there is an avaliable appointment time.

I have shown the receptionist on my bank statement where I was charged twice for the same service. She told me how is wasn't possible, as it wasn;t showing on her side. I again showed her the 2 charges, from the same day, one for the cost of the massage and one for the combined charge of the same massage and the tip. Again, she repeated how it wasn't possible, that it Could Not and Would Not be refunded there and that I could 'Call my Bank and dispute the charges and Hand and Stone wouldn't fight it'. HUH? Credit my account, I am a Member. Refund my money? Nope, I have to go through my bank??? Very Poor Customer Service Practice.

Esthetian did not spend alot of time addressing my skin care needs. Will return to the spa but will gey another esthetican.

Everyone is incredibly friendly when entering the establishment. I loved how the rooms set the relaxing tone. My LMT was experienced and very skilled

Not enough appointments available. My future appointment was cancelled and I wasn’t informed until I looked to book a future appointment. Need new therapists.

The hand and stone staff are very friendly. All areas are kept clean. My massage therapist takes every step to make my experience a good one.

My only complaint about anything I've experienced at Hand & Stone is availability of appointments. Immediately after my last appointment, I tried to go online and book my next few appointments, but was very disappointed to find that I couldn't schedule ANY appointment with ANY consultant until APRIL. That is 3 months away. I'm very tempted to put my membership on hold - why am I paying monthly if there is nothing available at all?

I felt that although the receptionists were professional that they could have been more welcoming and attentive. My service provider seemed to know her job but her bedside manner could certainly have been more warm and welcoming.
