Limited massage appts.. It took a while to get in after Hand and Stone cancelled an appt.

The visit wasn't the problem. Having to reschedule 3 times was. I understand staffing changes happen, and I did what I could to adjust my schedule to accommodate H&S.

I was highly satisfied with my facial, but I was supposed to have a massage right after and I was never made aware. No one called, emailed....nothing to let me know that I was no longer going to have a massage.

I've paid membership throughout the pandemic even though the site was closed. Finally tried making appt and was unable to make one for at least a month out. Was trying to make one every week for the rest of the year but was unable to do so. Money is tight for everyone. While I didn't mind paying while the site was closed, I certainly expect to be able to schedule a massage within a week or two. I have a stressful job, which is why I have the membership but if I'm unable to get what I paid for then there is no reason for me to continue paying.

My experience with massages have been inconsistent. I've found a therapist I like now but in the past have had difficulty when one leaves. Feels like a waste of money as I'm "trying-out" others.

I recommend using stress relieving massage oil maybe lavander /eucalyptus. Also needs some stress relieving/ aromatherapy in the diffuser, the room’s smell in not inviting for massage

I was not told clearly enough how important it was to do the form online so time would not cut into massage time. Didn't know I got an email in advance with form.

My husband made this appointment for me as a surprise, so I am not sure he knew what he was scheduling. Facials I've had before usually involve steam and a mask and some type of skin cleansing/blackhead removal. I didn't experience this. Perhaps it's the type of facial he purchased? The technician was very friendly and polite. She offered a chemical peel and light treatment once I was on the table. When I asked her about the difference between them, she explained them as I prompted her, but I would have liked to know in advance what my options were before starting the facial. I felt like different products were just applied and wiped off. What was being used on my skin? She asked if I needed help with my routine, and I shared what I was doing and she said "sounds like you have a good routine." I just feel like it was a missed opportunity for me to possibly use something in your store for future skincare. Her facial massage techniques were a little weak. She was too gentile. I was hoping for a more extensive "massage" when the products were being applied. I asked for firmer pressure, but didn't really get it. As a gift, this was a relaxing experience, but I wouldn't come back.
