Hand and Stone

It was supposed to be a deep massage. But I received a Swedish like applying lotion with no pressure. Hands and feet were not massaged either.

I get some relief of pain just doesn’t last as long as I want. Most of the staff seem friendly and care.

It seems when you add on something it takes away from what you get with the regular facial in treatment and time. A regular facial does not seem to include things like upper chest and neck like I've had at other places. I admit they aren't of the same quality that I've had in every other place I've had facials.

A few months back my massage was scheduled the same day as my facial. The massage therapist was unable to be there. I get that its fine. I was promised a free service add on for that and I never got it.

Of the six chairs in the waiting area, only two were available for use. Those two chairs were occupied when I arrived. I had to stand and wait for my appointment and no one at the front desk offered a place for me to sit. I have back pain and standing for a long time is painful. Customers should not have to be made to stand while waiting.

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist Chris. The receptionist was very nice.

I am disappointed at the change in pricing. After COVI the deep pressure massage price increased by $10.

This was my first trip to this spa and my first evwr facial. Although the wait wasnt bad(about 5 minutes) I was just kind of left there aittinn not really knowing what to expect oe who I was seeing

I wanted a deep tissue and it was not deep enough. I did not know that there was an additional $10 charge for deep tissue. That puts the total about $100 with tip which is more than I want to spend a month. I was under the impression that I would get a full hour massage and it would be $69.95.
