This was my first appointment and first facial. I was informed as my appointment went on, with what she was doing and I learned a lot about my skin and what steps I need to do in order to wash my face properly.

I really enjoyed the ambiance in the room, Shane was friendly and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. there was only one thing I didn't care for and that was a "massage move" where my arm was bent at the elbow and my forearm was laid across my back. Not horrible but not too comfortable. I've already scheduled with Shane again and would recommend him to someone else.

The massage therapist I had this time was attentive, very knowledgeable, continued to check in on me during the massage while also limiting conversation in order for me to relax. He even asked permission to do some stretching to help loosen me up. I have always had a warm welcome when entering and then booking a new appointment is always easy when leaving.

My skin continues to improve as I receive my facials.

Shane is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the issues I’m having are worked out and then even gives me stretches I am able to do at home to maintain the progress until the next massage. He is friendly and professional and the entire reason I signed up for a membership.
