The massage therapist was highly knowledgeable. He even recommended some lifestyle tips that could help with the issues I said I was having which was appreciated. The receptionist was also friendly and quickly got me signed in when I arrived.

Just joined hand and stone. rules and promotions are confusing. I want the best value but cant figure out all the programs yet. I tried to get a free foot massage as promised but never got it- maybe on next visit.

I did have some trouble with the portal, so I had to call and schedule my appointment but the receptionist was friendly. My appointment started on time and my skin looks great after. My esthetician recommended a product to help with my skin concerns. Overall it was a great experience!

I was impressed by both the therapist and the receptionist. I was treated very professional. One of the best massages I have had. The only area that I found a challange initially was to make an appointment on the online website. Being a man, the site made me fill out the prenatal form. Should be a place to put “n/a” prior to. Also in order to submit for an online appointment I was required to give a credit card, since I had a Hand and Stone gift card I didn’t want to include my credit card number; hence I wasn’t able to submit my info. for an appointment. Today with websites having data breaches all the time, (hackers stealing credit card info.), I am very reluctant to provide it.

Esthetician was terrific. Reception area looked great - it was decorated in a very festive Christmas in July motif.
