Highly satisfied because there is a receptionist who knows I have a limited schedule and she will book my appointments at the time I am available without me having to call "when the schedule comes out." I want the same time on the same day with the same therapist. Unfortunately, the receptionist who normally does this for me was not working when the schedule came out so next month I will be with a different therapist on a different day. I wish it was possible to just subscribe to a certain day/time/therapist without the hassle every month of trying to make an appointment and sometimes having to skip a month because I couldn't get an appointment.

John is awesome at his job and is very personable.

This particular therapist asked if I needed her to concentrate on a specific area. She asked what amount of pressure I prefer. And she asked if I preferred it quiet, no talking.
