This business has the potential to be extraordinary if only they had enough people to provide services. Outside of that Hand and Stone does a great job in all areas except what was mentioned above.

Everyone at Hand and stone is always very friendly. The massage therapist is very good at her job. I always leave feeling relaxed.

The staff was very friendly, my masseuse was good at making conversation and making me feel comfortable. I normally prefer women when getting a massage so I was a bit apprehensive when a man came out. But he was very professional and easy going and made me feel very comfortable. He seemed to have good knowledge of what he was doing and explained it well. The receptionists were wonderful. Both greeted me with smiles. It was overall a great experience and as long as I have the money to spend, I will be back.

Tried to book online but glitches so had to call. Thankfully there was glitches because I was able to get in that day! Otherwise online was saying weeks.
