Hand and Stone

Loved Cassidy.

I always feel very comfortable when visiting the Hand & Stone in California Maryland. My only issue is that they never have appointments around the 4:30/5:00 oclock time or they are booked solid for the month.

how about ideas of improvement? i would appreciate the massage bed being warmer and access to a pillow for my head. Positive is that i really enjoy Kirk as a massage therapist. he is a keeper.

The Massage Therapist was exceptional! He was very friendly and only talked when I engaged him in conversation. Hand and Stone has a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. The experience was great and I will definitely return!

Unfortunately I purchased my membership right before COVID. Availability of therapists is always the problem. The appointment I went to a last minute cancellation.

I have been a member now for 4 yrs - I love the staff & look forward to my visits.

Trulie is a very pleasant esthetician. The location is convenient. I liked my facial.

John, Did agreat job. He is very knowledgeable regarding massage. The room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my massage and John does a great job.

It met all my expectations.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed during the whole appointment. My massage therapist informed on each new step so i knew what was going on. My massage therapist focused on my main problem areas i mentioned, and helped worked out the kinks i was having in my neck, shoulder, and back.
