My massage was at the California, Md location and I had the pleasure of having the Himulayan hot stone massage and let me tell you. My first time ever and I am hooked. The masseuse was extremely knowledgeable and asked about my comfort several times. I look forward to visiting her again. Her name was Margeurite and it is apparent why it is so difficult to book with her, Margeurite is an absolute delight.

To make the appointment was easy. My masseuse John was super friendly and considerate. Took the time to ask questions about myself & possible issues I may have. Pressure was great for deep massage. We talked a laughed a bit but not to chatty! Awesome!👍

I have had my membership since January 2021. This is the first time I was able to use it here in California, Maryland where I live. I have been told they are short on staffing and are unable to take appointments. They put you on hold here in the California, MD location and never come back to you. then you have to call back and get the repeat of the same. Please hold. I tried to get a appointment for March yesterday and was told it's booked for the month of March. I have one for April 1st. I can only use my membership when I'm in Naples, Florida. They always have staff and appointments.
