My treatment service was outstanding and felt my facial needs and concerns were addressed. Only issue I had was reception staff. They were short one person and the older gentleman was a little slow.

You force clients to join by having an out ragist price to come on occasion. Plus you don't waist anytime charging my credit card for the next visit. I don't like being precharged for appointment's. That is not good customer service.
