The receptionist helped to locate some gift cards on my account that were “missing” because they “expired” due to lack of visits during Covid. She reassured me they were there, and said her manager could deactivate them for us.

I enjoyed my massage very much. I have several issues with my neck and back, and my therapist was able to work those areas without causing pain. I definitely felt better when I was done!

I really like Caitlyn. I appreciate that she tells me what my skin needs, makes suggestions, but leaves the actual treatments up to me. She also suggests other products to use but doesn't try to push anything on me.

I was highly satisfied with my facial appointment, however it should be known that the only reason I booked a facial in the first place is because there were no massage appointments available for MONTHS and I have quite a lot of membership packages queued up for use and no way to use them on my preferred service (massages). If these scheduling issues are not resolved then I will be canceling my membership once my credits are used up in favor of finding somewhere with massage availability.

She is very nice and hears me of what I want.

My massage therapist listened to what I needed and provided service that went above and beyond. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The pleasant effects of the massage lasted well beyond the visit and I slept like a baby that night.

Tahj was absolutely wonderful and highly skilled in relieving lower back pain. I wish more appointments were open but she’s booked months in advance.

Johnny was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided plenty of tips for future skin care needs and product that would benefit my skin. Overall he was a joy to converse with and provided a lot of useful feedback during the appointment.

Very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what they were using on me and telling me all the benefits.

I was pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the receptionist and therapist, Natalie. The ambience of the spa was extremely nice. I will recommend this to others. I hope in the future it will not take over two months to get an appointment.
