My appointment was on time, a pleasant experience, and a warm, welcoming environment. My massage therapist is very good and applies the right pressure. She asks where I need more work and asks during if I am ok and if she needs to change anything.

Great place and Johnny was excellent. He was so nice and really knew what he was doing.

The masseuse was on time, very knowledgeable and addressed my needs. She was very thorough and thoughtful in my opinion and my experience was a pleasure!

Greeted kindly upon entry to the Spa. Atmosphere is inviting, clean and relaxing. Staff addressed my questions and took my needs into consideration. Appointment was on time and products were recommended per my request. No pressure to buy additional products and pricing of all products and services presented clearly.

Love my massage therapist. I do not want to recommend Hand & Stone because I do not want competition to schedule appointments. Several months ago, this was a problem. Now, they call me as soon as the massage therapist puts in her schedule so I can get the massages I want and catch up on months I missed because I could not get an appointment.

My experience at Hand and Stone was very relaxing. My esthetician was very nice and personable and told me about the different products. It was clean inside and the ambience was nice.

Caitlin is the only reason that I keep coming back. I want to get a massage every month as well, but your Therapist's hinder that option. However, you have no problem taking my monthly fee. Your availability for massage is lacking. However, my facials are impeccable!
