I request my massage therapist by name because her knowledge of my areas of concern, her technique and willingness to find an appointment in her schedule shows that she truly cares about my needs and satisfaction. I do not go just to have a relaxing massage, I go and will continue because the massages are crucial to my therapy and surgery recovery.
