Tommy is the best! She takes the time to focus on my problem areas & helps educate me on ways to exercise / stretch at home to help in between appointments. She is also very personable & remembers conversations from prior visits and asks follow-up questions

Richard, the massage therapist applied just the right of pressure to my trigger areas and worked a good deal on my back, neck, and calves. I was very relaxed and comfortable. He did not talk too much, which helped me just focus on breathing.
