The staff were friendly and welcoming, both when I made my appointment and when I arrived for my facial. Kate, who performed the service, was friendly and respectful of my desire to remain quiet through most of the treatment. She explained the purpose of the products she was using when I asked, and recommended one product for a skin problem I had mentioned and did not push additional products, which I appreciated. Two days after the facial my skin looks and feels better than it has in a long time. I am very much looking forward to my next facial.

Very pleasant experience

Richard was awesome! This was my first professional massage and the experience was four stars. Richard was very kind, knowledgeable and did an amazing massage. I will be requesting his services for my next visit. Just a over all nice person and made me feel at ease and welcomed to Hand and Stone.

Everyone is very pleasant when I walk in. They make sure that everyone's health and safety are high priority. Charlie is awesome at waxing brows! She's definitely my go-to person!

My massage therapist was excellent. She gets to know you and addresses specific needs. I look forward to my next appointment, however, I always have to get on the wait list because she is booked out so far

Service was excellent. Only problem I have is booking monthly appointments, everything is always full. Always told will put you on wait list, need to hire more people or stop taking new members.

Absolutely thrilled with the talent of Richard, my massage therapist. HOWEVER, I currently have 9 packages available from my membership and was told Richard is fully booked through July. That's fine, I understand. BUT, I was told by the receptionist that his August calendar is not open yet. ??? I simply want to be able to book appointments 3 weeks apart for the next 4 or 5 months. WHY is this not possible??

They made my nervous teen daughter feel right at home and we were able to be together during eachother's appointment. The estheticians were prompt and extremely nice.
