Richard used warm towels on several occasions. I’ve never had a therapist use them, and I thought it was such a wonderful benefit.

Kate (Kaitlyn) was very warm and welcoming. Her questions about my skin were not invasive and she did an amazing job. Can't wait to go back!

I find it easy to discuss facial product needs with Cailyn; she is very familiar with skin types and her products. Plus she’s really sweet and enjoys her work!

Calyn was prompt, addressed my facial needs quickly by observation and communication, and walked me through expectations. Her personality and professional was great.

Love the massage therapist. For more than 6 months, I have been trying to get Wednesday evening appointments, however, have not been able to do so. My work schedule limits my availability. I am always put on "the list" however, have never received a call. When the next schedule comes out, I do not receive a call. I work 12-hour days but on the one day I have an 8-hour day (Wednesday), I can never get an appointment. Again, love the massage therapist I see on Thursdays.

Ty is awesome and gives great massages. Her pressure and techniques are perfect. I very much enjoy coming to the spa and getting a massage. The individual experience of being there is great. Unfortunately, appointments have been extremely hard to come by for about the last five months. I am happy that they are doing some thing and hiring people to remedy the situation but it can still be frustrating for a member paying monthly fees for credits that cannot be used easily.

Caitlin is fantastic, I see her for all my facials. She’s excellent at recommendations for both the service and products. I never feel pressured to buy but always know my options.
