It was an overall good experience. I was treated well. Everyone was very nice and attentive.

Everything was professional.

The only negative I would have to say is that it is VERY hard to book massages at the facility. They are usually booked up or I have to wait a long time to get an appointment. The positive is that I opted for a facial which I normally wouldn't have done and I loved it!

Every time that I come in, Natalie always takes care of my problem area's and I leave feeling completely pain free and relaxed. Natalie is the reason why I maintain my membership and keep coming back. I enjoy our conversations and how she listens to what ache's I have and takes care of them with the right amount of time and pressure. Natalie is my go-to massage therapist and I will keep seeing her as long as she works at my local Hand & Stone.

Everything was very comfortable and relaxing and Charlee was awesome at explaining everything and making me confident with what was being done to my face !(: will be looking forward to coming back!
