I was happy to be a member and continued during COVID when Hand and Stone was not open. I have tried multiple times to make an appointment for a deep tissue massage with no luck. I have talked to a manager there and she was able to get in for an appointment. Then I tried to schedule another one and had to be out on a wait list, Overall not happy with massage appointments, I had my account frozen, I will get facials until I am done with my appointments that I have available.

I walked away from my massage and facial feeling wonderful! I have already scheduled my next appointments. Thank you to the staff!
