Tommi is amazing! And apparently everyone is finding out how amazing she is since it’s getting harder to book an appointment with her.

All staff was friendly, polite and professional. Mt massage therapist Tommi was extraordinary and really helps me with some severe back pain I was having the day I came. she educated me with good techniques and even gave me a complimentary lemongrass back scrub. She warm and supportive. I will be back!!!

I love getting massages with Tommi she is great and always does the best job working out all the knots in my upper back! She is highly professional and always on time which is a big deal with me. One aspect I am not satisfied with is it seems like something is going on with management because may therapist have left this location. This has made making an appointment very difficult and sometimes have to wait over a month to get in. While I have tried other therapists they are usually newer and are still figuring out their practice. Thats is fine but based on cost I want to be able to feel like my money is well spent.

Tomi i s a wonderful masseuse. She listens and tailors my appointment to fit whatever is going on with my muscles.

Paxton greeted me as soon as I approached the counter. She knew I was checking in instead of asking “May I help you?” as if I didn’t belong. She answered my questions about my points and how much I needed to redeem for a full session massage. I had to cancel to my massage because it was not in my budget and Paxton was able to do so without making me feel guilty. I could feel the smile behind the mask.

I love coming to Hand & Stone every 3-4 weeks. After I had knee surgery, I really needed to relax my muscles, tendons and ligaments after Physical Therapy and the massage helps reduce my pain. I always look forward to my next appointment. I have never had a bad experience with the massage or therapist.

Tommie always provides a top notch service. She listens to my concerns and adjusts the massage accordingly. Love that I could get a free enhancement when I selected one - would love to see this BOGO continue!

Really enjoyed my facial. It was the first one I have had in years that did not burn my face. Charley was very knowledgeable and I can’t wait for my next session.
