Caitlin cancelled due to a family emergency. Simone was available after I called back to see if she was free. She did a great job and was way to talk to. I was a little concerned with feeling her finger nails. Not sure if they are long or not

Ease of booking my appointment and the pleasant staff. My massage technician was friendly and ensured I was comfortable. Ease of payment and information provided about other services.
