Caitlin is knowledgeable and made me feel very safe and comfortable. The salon was very clean and all staff were wearing their masks appropriately. It was wonderful to finally get back to some self care and hand and stone have remained highly professional.

Pippin was excellent and made it feel comfortable the entire visit. It was my first time having a male massage therapist and I was comfortable the entire time for my prenatal appt. the front desk staff was also very welcoming and great with scheduling my next appt.

I loved H&S! This was my first time getting a massage and honestly, was nervous. I was able to be relaxed like I never have before, and relieved some much needed stress and tension!

The message therapist, Gwen, used great techniques that I have never received in my problem areas. My fiancé even stated that my muscles weren’t as stiff as they have been feeling. I felt like all my unknown knots in my muscles were relieved and I could tell by how much time she spent massaging those problem areas. Overall, a great experience from all staff!
