My new Masseuse made me feel very comfortable. I think I was the best massage I ever had. She really didn’t use any special products so that’s why I answered the way i did

I have been going to Hand and Stone since January, and have always been highly satisfied with my experience. I had booked this appointment after my last service, and was contacted 2 days prior saying that my selected therapist had an emergency come up and that they had another therapist coming in his place if I would like to keep the appointment. Chris listened to what I was looking for, and expertly handled the tension in my neck and shoulders, as well as releasing a problem area in my back that I wasn't really aware of until he started manipulating it.

The massage therapist was great, and actually provided 50 minutes massage to Benjamin, who I gifted the massage to. In the past (different therapists) I had to wait behind people in line and/or for the therapist and I only got a 45, 40, and 35 minute massage-not ok. I’m taking about before and after CoVid. I’d arrive 15 mins. early and still be standing there while the hostesses talked to people on the phone or were answering questions about products before they’d even tell the therapist I was there. I spoke to them about it this time, and said they needed to ensure him 59 mins hands on time.

My problems were addressed quickly with recommendations. The knowledge was obvious. I had a great overall experience and left feeling relaxed.

Clean, Professional and skilled. You know the staff is organized and the work spaces are very well kept. Pippin greatly ensured he knew wear my problem areas were through good communication. From there he took away my pain with his skillset. I can finally get a decent night's rest. Thank you.
