This was my first experience at having a facial. Caitlyn was so professional and made me very comfortable. She truly loves what she does. Can't wait for my next appointment. Will recommend her to my friends.

I felt safe and comfortable from the time I entered the spa, until when I left. The pre-screen process, texting upon arrival and temperature check were easy and I'm thankful the spa is taking health seriously. As always, my therapist was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I was very satisfied with the entire experience. My skin felt very rejuvenated. I left feeling very relaxed and pampered.

Katilyn provides excellent facials. She is thorough and provides advise that is very helpful. She motivates me to take care of myself !

Hand and stone has been a great way get away from the daily stress in life and take a moment to get away from the electronics and unwind. The staff is very friendly and always so helpful in ways to better your health wether is a facial or tension you have during a massage!

Gwynne is a real asset to your spa. Even when the electricity went out, she was pure profession!

My regular person was booked but they got me in immediately with a new therapist who was beyond wonderful, introduced me to hot stones which helped my neck significantly. Helped me change my card for membership fees quickly since it’d been hacked and I got in almost immediately after I arrived.

I was simply super happy that you guys were offering brow waxings !! All this covid closure stuff had me looking quite scary!!😄
