Hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful. We didn't like that we had to pay to park to go and visit our family

Please be advised that the rooms, food, and staff with the exception of one waiter I met during breakfast was not up to the standard that we have encountered in other hotels. After 3 conversations with staff about our reservations I still got a call at 1:30 am about my reservation. And after that we still got a bill that was wrong.
