The reception staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, always checking if I need water or the bathroom, and the reception area is always immaculate. Susie, my massage therapist, is an absolutely gem. She is incredibly conscientious about adjusting both bolster and sheets, and explains what she is about to do when she switches areas of the body, so I don't startle (which I am prone to do). She checks in about pressure and sensitive areas in a way that doesn't interrupt my relaxation or the flow of the massage. And her flow is incredible! I really do love this place, and I've given gift cards and recommendations several times recently.

Jamie was absolutely phenomenal during my facial! It was my first facial, and I was a little nervous, but she took great care of me. She also explained why some products might irritate my skin based on my allergies, and she set me up for success after the appointment with great recommendations for at home skincare. I will definitely be returning!

I was greeted courteously, registered without any issues, and my appointment began right on time. Jaime was friendly and answered questions professionally, It was easy to book my next appointment.
